We are a Direct Pay provider with Step Up For Students, allowing approved families to enroll using scholarship funds instead of paying out of pocket. Investment through Step up: $250.

Students will experience a real like film session introducing who they are. We will use this to build skills and compare to the final video of week 4.

In Week 1, students learn that leadership starts with themselves. They’ll explore what it truly means to be a leader, identify key leadership qualities, and begin developing their own personal standards.

Students will learn how to communicate clearly and confidently in everyday situations. This includes asking better questions, actively listening, and engaging in conversations with purpose. The focus is on building real-world communication skills that help them connect, lead discussions, and handle interactions with confidence.

Students will begin developing confidence speaking in front of others. They’ll learn how to organize their thoughts, speak with clarity, and present themselves with strong body language and presence. Through practice, students will build the courage to speak up and share their ideas with confidence.

Students will learn how to think like a leader by making confident decisions instead of avoiding them. They’ll explore how to evaluate situations, consider outcomes, and take responsibility for their choices. The focus is on building confidence in decision-making—even when the answer isn’t perfect.

Students will develop the habit of taking action without being told. They’ll learn how to recognize opportunities to step up, solve problems, and lead in everyday situations. This topic builds a mindset of ownership, helping students move from waiting and watching to taking action and leading.

Students will learn how to handle challenges, setbacks, and pressure without giving up. They’ll explore how leaders respond when things don’t go as planned and how to stay focused, positive, and committed. The goal is to build mental toughness and the ability to keep going when things get hard.

Students will develop the ability to manage their emotions instead of reacting impulsively. They’ll learn how their thoughts and reactions impact their decisions, relationships, and leadership. This topic helps students stay calm under pressure, make better choices, and lead with confidence in difficult situations.
